Carri has an extensive movement back round in dance, yoga, sports and exercise fitness. She has worked as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer for 20 years with many populations including athletic, prenatal, teen and geriatric. She has had experience working with many orthopedic, post-surgical and chronic pain conditions. She provides a comforting, supportive and informative space for those working through their healing process.
